When Are Tour Packages Available?

Tour packages and details are generally posted 90 days before the schedule traveling date. When tour packages are posted, registration is available immediately, and the last day of registration is the 30th day before the schedule traveling date.

How Do I Make A Booking?

Merely click here to head to the booking section. A valid Paypal account is required.

How Does Payment Work?

Depending upon when you register and book, the breakdown of payment is as follows:

90th - 60th day before the schedule tour: 250 dollar deposit is required

59th - 45th day before the schedule tour: ¼ portion of the remaining package price is required. Or if booking falls between the 59th - 45th day before the scheduled tour, 250 dollars deposit plus ¼ portion of the remaining package price is required.

44th - 30th day before the schedule tour: remaining portion towards the total payment is required. Or if booking falls between the 44th - 30th day before the schedule tour, the total cost of the package price required.

How do I make a change in my reservation?

What If I Need To Cancel My Tour?

What Are The Cancellation Fees?

39th - 15th day	Deposit plus 1/5 of total tour package cost forfeited
14th - 1st day	Deposit plus ¼ of total tour package cost forfeited
Day of departure	100% of tour cost forfeited

Which airlines does Canucks Hockey Nation fly with? How about hotel class?

Canucks Hockey Nation strives to provide the best of comfort and class for our fans travelling away, while at the same time providing packages at the lowest cost. We are always on the lookout for fare specials at the lowest cost, so it can be any airline, nothing is specific. As for accommodation, Canucks Hockey Nation will provide minimum 3 star hotel accomodation within easy accessible to the arena, attractions, and nightlife.

Can I use my credit card to pay for my tour?

Unfortunately, we are just starting up and trying to set up an account with the major credit card companies. So at this time, we are only accepting payment through PayPal, email money transfer, cash, or cheque.

Can I have an extension on my payment?

Unfortunately our system is pre-configured to auto-cancel any booking with an outstanding balance 45 days prior to departure.

What's included in the price of a Canucks Hockey Nation tour package?

Flight, hotel, transportation, ticket(s) to the game, and a t-shirt is included as part of the package. As for meals, attractions, sights, cover charges to nightlife, please refer to the package itinerary of what will be included.
